Let the dough rise in the oven at max 40 degrees until it almost doubles in size. Remove the dough from the oven, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and then bake the bread for about 35-40 minutes until crisp.
Something doesn’t look right. It doesn’t look like the same bread pan and the bread deflated quite a bit from the original dough with the added parchment paper.

One important factor when making this particular recipe is to use a thermometer to ensure temperature doesn't go above 105°F; otherwise it kills the yeast and it won't rise.
Danke!
you can try making it with baking soda or baking powder though the texture is gonna be different I'm gluten free myself. There are so many things that I miss eating
Yeast is not by nature contain gluten. Some manufacturers add gluten. This is probably just the brand your using. Fleischmanns is known to be gluten free.
There are gluten free yeast to buy. The problem is that some people suffering from coeliac don't tolerate yeast (sometimes only in the beginning of the gluten-free diet)
Yeast in itself doesn't contain gluten. Check the ingredients. If wheat source starch is added, it will contain gluten. If it's only yeast, there's no gluten.

Would it make a big difference using brown rice?
I'm not pretty sure but I think that it will not work then. :/
@nelchen I was wondering what blender you have? My blender doesn't blend good.
@@ezxionilla4813 a Vitamix 🤍 it’s the best!
How long does it take to double in size?

Spray water on top before baking and during to prevent split
Thanks!
The cracks will appear as it is rice I've tried it many times

Is yeast considered gluten free and safe for celiac people?
Yes. The majority of yeast and common yeast you can find at your grocery store is gluten free. The yeast you have to look out for is brewer's yeast.
Please note some of the "normal" supermarket yeasts sometimes contain gluten - you have to check the ingredients

It sucks dont make it. Plus anyone that can make this bread rise is clearly a master of the dark arts.
One important factor when making this particular recipe is to use a thermometer to ensure temperature doesn't go above 105°F; otherwise it kills the yeast and it won't rise.
Thank you for sharing! Can you put the measurements in US metrics please if possible? Thank you so much☺️
I’m sure there’s a converter on your phone.
Will the bread still be the same without yeast? 🤍
Can always try and see but it does give it a rise so may have to find alternative for that
Not at all. It will be a dense chewy mess. The yeast makes bubbles to make it rise and be fluffy.
@@renevanwyk4775aw that sucks im allergic

Loved this♥️♥️👌🏾
Did it work cos someone said it doesn't rise?

Thank you so much!!!
I used the exact kind of rice, activated the instant yeast, did everything... didn't rise at all 😭🥺
I recommend paying attention to the temperature when blending. When it gets too hot, you kill the yeast. I guess.
Maybe add a few ice cubes ?!
Ich liebe die Schrift. Welche App benutzt du?
Hab ich mit meinem Apple Pencil selbst geschrieben
Work with flour?
Good one 👍
Thanks 🤍
Sehr schöne! Vielen Dank 🎉
Does not work
What kind of rise did you used?
How long to proof the dough for?
That’s a sponge
Thanks!
What kind of rice is that?,is it work the Japanese rice with this recipe?
I m trying, didn't put oil. I leave the dough to rise for whole night. It didn't rise. I add some water n bake it anyway. Hope it works.

Yes it really nice, I made it.
Pretty sure that most rice is glutinous 🤔🤨

Rice is gluten free???
Yes it is
How does it tuen out without yeast?
There was yeast in the ingredients list.
Yeast means that it is no gf. I have celiacs disease amd have never been able to tolerate yeast..
