Great explanation. I was able to finally clear the que. Thank you!! Now, however, the printing stops about two-thirds of the way through and just sits there. I clear the que but it repeats when it is wither 15% through the printing or 85% though the printing. Any suggestions would be great.
I've tried everything including the steps in your video. When I get to the step to click on printers, nothing happens. Just started having issues two weeks ago and have been trying to fix it. Had to purchase a USB connector because I was no longer able to print using WiFi. Was able to print a few docs and now I have a doc stuck in the print que.
Thank you. Very good instructions however, you move very quickly and it's difficult to keep up. I had to replay and pause at every step. This seems to be a lot more complicate than it was years ago when you could just open the Printer Queue and delete docs.

Under services Print spooler does not show up. There is no where to turn it on or off. Please advise.
