I usually do the same exact thing. I fall asleep with it next to me and eventually my phone dies and I’m sleeping. Idk how she does it but it puts me to sleep so I applaud.

I really appreciate that you are using a yellowish light 😁 I love light triggers but when people use those super bright white lights it hurts my eyes no matter how low i turn the brightness. Great video!

This is such an interesting, cool, creative idea for a channel that I didn't know I needed in my life. I don't know if you wlare trying to brainwash on a mass scale, comfort strangers, help us relax and/or sleep, or just for that monetization, but it's working. You kick ass and I salute you!

best asmr for deaf people got the tingles even when she did not speak, it was tingly as heaven
i watched the whole thing, by far the most relaxing asmr roleplay video I’ve watched
quick tip. Pupils constrict when light hits your eye. The pupil dilates when the light is taken away. For example, at night, in the dark, your pupils will be dilated to try to get more light into them. Where as in the daylight the pupils will be smaller and more constricted to keep out too much light.
My pupils didn't get the memo 😂

This is maybe strange but I like to close my eyes during flashlight parts and see the light through my eyelids. It’s kind of relaxing somehow
I enjoy this too! Someone who I find specifically does "eyes closed" light triggers is The Laughing Heart ASMR. He has some videos where he instructs you to close your eyes and then "sweeps" the light across your field of vision. It's super relaxing.

I’ve watched 100 of these I’m sure. This one is the best one I’ve seen. Between her voice and the way she brings the light in and stops it after it barely enters your view gives me major brain tingles and makes my eyes want to close. Kind of like getting off! Wish she’d do more of these!
