I hope that customization of characters will be a thing and that you will be able to play as TJ Combo with boxing gloves instead of MMA gloves as an option.

Microsoft owns the game so I doubt it. Thats like saying Halo needs to be on PS4 or Uncharted needs to be on Xbox. Unless Sony lets SFV come to Xbox One, i doubt Microsoft ever considers releasing KI on other consoles.

I did too but Rare was an independent company back then and they only released KI on Nintendo consoles. Then Microsoft bought Rare in 2000. Thats why its exclusive to Xbox now. Street Fighter on the other hand has never been exclusive thats why SFV sales sucked.

im new in killer instinct but do you have to practice the combos or you just keep up on what your doing?
You have to learn the combo system. Play the tutorial it will show you the basic combo structure but each character has unique things they can do during combos......for example thunder can perform back throws during combos

@@michaelgavinmendoza9708 yes the combos in the game are always yo to you. You decide how many heavy , medium or light auto doubles you want to do. But be careful.....if you use the dame combo pattern over and over again then your opponents will combo breaker you all match. Make sure to mix it up each time you start a combo. Dont be predictable

actually he was a play on Mike Tyson. Remember the game originally came out in the early 90s back when Mike Tyson was bigger than life. Pus since Killer Instinct took elements from both Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter. The basically combined Jax and Balrog. Thats why TJ Combo had cybernetic arms at one point.
Makes all the sense, is funny, there's plenty of characters in fighting games that are boxers, Vanessa and Nelso from KOF, Steve Fox from Tekken, Dudley from Street Fighter, even Hit from DBS, but there's not a character based in any other famous boxer like Ali for example, that would be cool.
I can't believe I'm saying this but TJ looked more intimidating with Boxing gloves on in the first game than he does here. Why the MMA gloves?
Because MMA is way more popular now in 2014 when TJ was released then it was back in the 90s.

This may be controversial but I think TJ looks better with MMA gloves instead of traditional boxing gloves.

Well tj convo existed before rampage Jackson was a fighter so no not based off of him. He was put in the game because street fighter had balrog. Then tj convo was given cybernetic arms in killer instinct 2 to pay homage to jax.

KI3 is not as good as the first two Games
Dont know what you played then because in terms of game balance, character diversity, and move set diversity its far better. The originals games were not made to be played seriously which is why combos are super fast. This video is also two years old. The game is much better in its current state.
