As soon as you mentioned Black Hole Sun, I knew exactly what was going to happen. It is actually a good track for adjusting the volume down on MS5. Great review.
What you recommend as iem that has a recessed upper mids and treble . I kisten loud volumes to metal and rock and I am treble sensitive. And I have around 75 iem. And 95% I had to open the nozzle and place tubing filters inside.
Not necessarily recessed upper mid-range or treble,, but the hisenior mega 5p is exceptionally clean and clear without being overbearing in the upper frequencies. The Yanyin Canon also does very well here.
