Thank you teacher , this really help me . If you don't mind , may i know how to speak well and calm like you . It's really nice to hear your pronunciation ✨✌️
Tysm for this, teacher! i have a question, what if the email ask for list of things to bring for a camp ? do we need to add supporting details or just write the answer w/o using sequence connecter ? 🤔
Hi may i know if the email asks the student to suggest some places to go for a trip, can we just put any fake place name or it has to be a legit place? For example, suggest a beach to go to, can i name the beach as i wish despite it’s not a real place?
It has come to my attention that longer emails tend to contain more grammar mistakes and require additional time. Therefore, I propose limiting your emails to a maximum of 85 words to ensure clarity and efficiency. By doing so, we can enhance communication effectiveness while allowing more time for addressing other inquiries.
Teacher is it fine if my email is over 80 words because when I looked at the sample answer as being shown on the video it's looks like the words is over 80
yes it is alright to write a bit more than 80 words. the only reason to discourage you from writing more for this part is because it may affect your time for writing other parts of the paper.
Teacher, I'm in Form 4, if it's near our school, 4ST2 people think the next class is after the Pure Science class, my new class. All my subjects are ok, but what I can't do is the English subject, I must get 30% to 49 in the test. %.if I enter this email, I really can't go near there, my marks are the worst, it's like I tried to do it, but I can't.
The examiners may simply disregard any additional words beyond the required limit. As you write more you'll spend more and this can negatively impact your performance on the exam. Good Luck!🤓
May I know why must we brainstorm for 5 activities at home? Is it because there are 5 marks allocated for the Content aspect? Is it compulsory for us to present 5 points or details of Content for this part of Short Communicative Message?
In English, "WH" is a combination of letters that often appears at the beginning of certain words, such as "who," "what," "where," "when," "why," and "how." These words are called question words or interrogative words, and they are used to ask questions and gather information. Here's a simple way to understand and use them: Who: Used when you want to know the identity of a person or people. Example: "Who is coming to the party tonight?" What: Used to ask about things, objects, actions, or events. Example: "What is your favourite colour?" Where: Used to inquire about a place or location. Example: "Where did you go on your vacation?" When: Used to find out the time or date of something. Example: "When is your birthday?" Why: Used to ask for reasons or explanations. Example: "Why did you choose that book?" How: Used when you want to know the manner or method of doing something. Example: "How do you make pancakes?" By using these question words, you can ask specific questions to gain information and better understand. All the best!
