Vegan stuffed Peppers. ASMR

    Ingredients:
    Peppers
    Rice
    Onion
    Carrots
    Seitan
    Tomato sauce
    Spices up to you: I added Celery and rosemary leaves, since I have them.
    Cooking time~ 25 mins.
    I like efficiency, so here is how I manage to make it in such a short time.
    Put in one pan of boiling water the Peppers to be cooked (already cut and cleaned inside).
    Put in another pan of boiling water rice.
    Now on 3rd pan: Cook sliced onion, carrots and seitan (or tofu) then add the already cooked rice, and tomato sauce. Add spices, salt pepper and whatever you like.
    At the end just fill up the already cooked Peppers with already cooked filling. I like eating it with yogurt, so found this vegan yogurt and added salt, pepper and garlic powder.
