Lem - great instructional video. Any thoughts on how to dial a grinder for single origin versus blends, also factoring in varying roast levels (light / medium / dark)? Any general rules you could share as a guide for those new to espressos?

Good video but given its a Slayer shouldn't you have used the the prebrew stop.
