Ziio is a lot more flirty in this timeline. In the main timeline she mostly seemed pissed off and reserved aside from a couple of times.
You tend to be a lot more open to connecting with someone when you aren’t held prisoner:
Haytham with Edward's morals and assassin qualities is much different. Having never been embarrassed.
Wow, this would have screwed with everything. Connor may not even have been born, Rogue wouldn't have happened, Arno's father would probably have lived so Unity's plot may differ, and there probably wouldn't be a city to liberate in Syndicate since the assassins would already control it, which may have affected Jacob and Evie's later roles in the brotherhood since liberating the city is how they earned their roles, and if Jacob never became the master assassin in London, the Jack the Ripper murders may never have happened. And of course if Connor was never born, or in this case lead a different life, Desmond may never have been born, and the apocalypse may have happened. So effectively Haytham calling out probably saved the planet. There is SO MUCH to this! There needs to be a part 3! Just thinking all of this through is really interesting! One little detail messes with or eradicates five whole games (3, rogue, liberation, unity, syndicate). I need to stop thinking about this, this comment is WAY too long.

about the love life of Haytham, people have their own taste to ladies such as how Haytham chose his lover to be a native-american over an half-british girls even if he is a templar or an assassins as long as they will meet, in this storyline it has a huge possibility that they love each other again as long as they meet and some cliche events that will happen.
I really like the idea of what if lore
It's so hard to imagine Haytham being embarrassed, even a younger version
Even though he was admittedly kinds vulnerable in that scene with Zio in the cave

Your first part sounded as if it was leading into the tyranny of king Washington DLC
Honestly I think Edward staying alive would shift the balance of the AC universe. If everything you said in part 1 and 2 happened, the Assassins would control London, America, and the West Indies. Shay wouldn't have defected so Arno's father would be alive. Unity in Paris between the Templars and Assassins would be possible. The assassins would have such an upper hand that they would probably be ones winning in the modern day and not the Templars. Whether that means Desmond survives or dies to save the world still is hard to say, but it's cool to think about how the death of one man shaped the entire future of the AC universe. or um, the present lol.

i played syndacate and if you go in the train hideout you will see a postar of places that have been in the ganes and the next destination was ciaro egypt i could be wrong but might that mean they were giving a clue about empire

And the templar was Charles Lee. Charles Lee indoctrinated Connor into Templar ideology.

You should have added Jenny's story and made her the captain of the jackdaw and would sail besides Adewale, and should have been with Haytham in the colonies since the jackdaw was given to them since it was her father's legacy passed down to her. Would like to happen in this what-if. but really I really like your what-if of Kenway bloodline.

What if Lafayette in AC3 is an Assassin due to his knowledge in disguise and warfare etc. After the American Revolution Connor's feeling like he's nothing left to offer, he'd put his faith in Washington and was let down, he's beginning to isolate himself(like Achilles did) but Lafayette invites him to France, to be part of something great once again. Meeting Arno etc. Probably given majority away but I feel like just saying "Lafayette is an Assassin" wouldn't get people thinking.

Interesting pair of theories... although this does make me think about the repurcussions in terms of the other Asssassin's Creed games, such as Rogue, ACIII, Syndicate, Unity, and even the modern day aspects. If there's no Colonial Rite or even Templars in Britain, does that mean the Assassins are the ones running Abstergo? Is Jacob and Evie's father still alive? So many possibilities and questions...
