Yeah, FedEx drivers are pretty crazy: I saw a guy chained up on a bare freeway only weeks ago, and there was no snow or ice to be found on the freeway (he was doing 35 on a good day). Now this guy is going 60+ in a blizzard running barefoot. But no one seems to notice.
30 mph is tops for me in those conditions.

FedEx has a ABS system that applies brakes for the trailer gets loose or even in windy conditions it applies the brake to keep it level
