Could not get back wheels to slip into the bar that they were to go into. Nothing easy like the video was showing for these back wheels. May have to send it back
Beautiful presentation. BEWARE: the attaching the rear brakes make sure you snap into the first holes. Otherwise, if you are too vigorous, you will bypass the first set of snaps and will end up in the second one where you need to screw in the screw. The screw hole. This cannot be undone. You will have one rear leg slightly shorter than the other. THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE. Where is the brake?? NO BRAKE.
Thank you for your feedback. Have you taken a look at this video to check the brakes? -> th-cam.com/video/FOPObHC2Nik/w-d-xo.html If you have any other questions or concerns please contact our customer support team, they'd be happy to help! www.vivehealth.com/pages/contact-us
We do not recommend using parts non-Vive parts with a Vive product, as we cannot guarantee a perfect fit, balance, quality, etc. However, you could try this to shorten the height

The handle height on this Rollator Wheelchair (2 in 1) is supposed to be adjustable. It is not on the one I just received. My wife is 5' 1" and the lack of adjustability is a problem for us. I am disappointed since the advertising says adjustability is supposed to be possible. What would have been a five star review has turned into one star.

I appreciate this video. But the music is distracting and so unnecessary. Can’t concentrate.
Thanks for watching, glad the video is helpful! Thank you for your feedback!
