Some improvments to the already very nice build: If you have the money, buy the AKMN from Artisan for 714$ for the RS-3 grip. You can sell it back minus the grip for 207$ making it a 507$ investment for +2WH +2RC. Of course, if you like playing the AK, always loot the RS-3 from AI. Same goes for the handguard. Either take a looted B10M or AK B30 + B31S HG. B10M is lighter so I prefer it over the B30 but I don't think there is any difference in game. Both offer an additional +4 to RC vs the AK RIS HG. B10M you can either loot, so be sure to always grab some off of AI, or it can be taken from some of Turncoat's and Artisan's pre-made guns (preferably the AK-74M for 1.54K$ from Turncoat) With this setup, you get an AK with +32% RC, -12% ASD and +8% WH on top of the 45% recoil reduction. Very precise gun if you don't exceed 50m ranges where the 3.2 MoA kicks in (1.6 MoA at 50m to be precise). Up to 50m this gun is actually more precise than the MK18 while autofiring. Burtsts will be a bit in MK18's favour though, but very close. The only drawback for me however, is the lower RoF. It will bite you in the a$$ from time to time and the 30 vs 60 mag size. Give me a 100 shot drum mag and I will take the AK any day over the A4 for close quarter combat. Lastly, I always prefer the PILAD P1X42 or 510C optics vs. the horrible XPSs, because of how much the XPSs obstruct my view, but that's just my preference. 510c can be bought from Gunny and the Pilad can either be looted (plenty of those on AI) or bought on a premade AK. (pretty expensive Artisan's AKMN for 2.03K$) Last option would be the OKP7, also looted or dismounted from Turncoat SKS) All the optics obstruct the view much less than the XPS ones. My favourite scope is the PILAD P2.5X24L Brevis Assault Scope, but I only found TWO in my 200h of play.
Great options for sure! 100 rounders would be insane for the AK lol. Only drawback I don't like of the Pilad is the smaller vision cone due to the picture in picture blur

An idea for a future video would be, to focus on nice player interactions, change keys, help on missions, nice chats, giving lowlevel players some good weapons or armor, etc. Showing, that this community is not that bad and toxic than in other games.
LOL that was you!! I love how small and interactive the community is for this game, I've only ran into one grump so far. Also, great video ideas! It's just tough to record those genuine interactions since Nvidia Replay doesn't like this game very much and I don't have space to record all of my gameplay through OBS
Go midnight, the guards in the villas already have built Aks, buy a 74N naked and put all the parts from it on the 74N , add the better butstock , grip and foregrip and you are good to go . You can get them to +36 recoil
ty for tips but cant play anymore... 80 hours with no problems but since thy rollback just crash everytime i use chopa ...im currently asking myself if they didnt did it on purpose on peoples who made a bad review...
i know this is an older video but I'm wondering if using the ctrl mousewheel to adjust your crouch if lowering it two ticks affects the recoil? i could just test it but I run m4s and am looking into building aks. I'm just put off by the high MOA.
Nope, just a slight pull down on the mouse, maybe try crouching. It might help to fire some rounds into the range at base to learn the recoil pattern too
@@jaypextk pull down on a mouse? So you use recoil control in your mouse software, right? Because the gun doesn't behave like that. Made it now 4 times step by step, from that roof, standing, crouching, proning... In one mag the spread goes like one and half or even two metres up. Or do you mean you are pulling the mouse down when shooting cause you haven't mentioned that in the video and everyone just test it without moving the mouse because if you move while shooting it's not really representative cause each time a human moves it a little differently. Would you be so kind and show us how the gun behaves when only pressing the left mouse button without moving the mouse? Because i have totally different result with that gun. Thank you. EDIT: And I was also using RK3 grip.
@@milanmottl8983 no recoil control software lmao. the gun does behave this way, you can see the spray four different times at the end of the video where I tell you crouching and standing for each of the patterns. I do mention the slight pull down on the mouse in the video as well…

@@jaypextk That's only for the 2.5 pilad though. The 1x is clear as day and with less occlusion than the XPS. Have you tried it?
But still AK ammo is not the best
@@DieTabbi The 5$ ammo needs to be fixed, that's for sure. Even more true for the AKM ammo which is like shooting cotton balls.

That's a good query but I think that it doesn't make much difference unless you're crouched fully. Would be a good test though
