I genuinely felt horrible all the way through after executing the injured TF63. Even 106 at the end is visibly questioning his actions after the mission, this sells the point just how heartless the syndicate is..

These voice actors oddly so familiar
Cause they were in the base game. Just different voice inflections/accents to add vocal variety. I think Monitor is the only new voice actor in this entire level.
