Currently my FFF spring box status is preparing to ship. As I live in 🇨🇦 even once it ships it could take 2 weeks before it’s delivered. After watching your video I’m really glad I kept the hat as an additional choice in my box as I took it out then later reversed that. Great job, many thanks.
Yes, I’m fairly certain they do. Because I know when I want to check on the tracking I usually just look for the recent email that says it was shipped (it will have the tracking info/link in it).
