- Imaqtpie was my favorite streamer for several years. I've listened to his stream on background while playing soloQ, this greatly helped to calm my mind and untilt. Sadly, when i asked for permission to use Imaqtpie's content i was denied, because i already used his content in my previous videos... I don't know what happened to him after since i've used all my time on other streamers, but i'm kinda sad to see QT at this state right now. But i'm happy to be able to make a best of my favorite streamer after all these years. I've got permission just to make this best of from 2ndSequence year ago, but at that time i was too depressed and had one of the worst moments in my life with all the bad things happening, but now i'm finally ready to make this video!

I miss 2015
after watching qt everyday for years it kinda hurt when he stopped playing league. But I was happy for him, if he didn't enjoyed it no more it was the right thing to do. Now that he kinda got addicted to genshin at the same time as me I've been watching him a lot again. for some reason I will always consider qt a friend.
No idea why Synapse says in the description that it's sad to see QT in is current state. He signed his 7 figure twitch deal then moved to LA because he wanted to and slowly quit league because he was bored of playing it. The man literally does what he wants and he is as funny as ever. Him playing what he wants makes him be way more entertaining than constantly complaining about league. Whoever stopped watching him when he stopped playing league, it's their loss.

@@smokecardboards His youtube channel, while he was still playing consistently, was pretty popular and I´m pretty sure popularity was never his main goal to begin with. He was one of the biggest streamers for like 3 years with 20k+ viewers. The first dip in viewerbase that I noticed was when he changed his schedule. Don´t even know if he had a schedule after that

@@basselsak6111 It’s either he just got burned out or he doesn’t like the state of the game right now. ADC has been bad for awhile and the item shop rework might’ve been the final straw with the nerfs to crit.

This is so nostalgic. I’m so glad I remember basically 99% of these clips.
He’s been my first followed streamer, he’s been the one that made me create an account on Twitch just to follow him.
I kind of miss the old qt :( not only because I had fun with him, but because I feel he’s not enjoying this career anymore, or at least not as much as he used to.
It's actually insane how much Imaqtpie has done for the league community. A few years ago he would average 20-30k viewers constantly and would always support other streamers with hosts. Eventually he quit taking league seriously and passed down the torch to other hungry streamers.
People got bored of him, and understandable. After realizing other streamers can bring more and more hype, i switched myself aswell to others.
@@bdegroot7258 I mean, that's not really what happened. His stream shrunk after he moved from the East Coast to the West Coast and was in a different time slot, and then more as he stopped duoing with people and started playing more variety. Then simultaneously he stopped taking the game as seriously and went from having multiple Challenger accounts to chilling in Diamond this season. He also started taking breaks and stopped being the most consistent streamer on the site.
If QT went back to grinding League seriously from 8AM every day and playing duos with Dom/Shiphtur/Aphro/etc. again, he could get back to his old numbers. Even now, when he just randomly does some Clash tournament with Shiphtur or something, he can get close to 10k viewers.
@@edenfesi6517 people watched him because he was "different" and after you got to know him, you realized he wasnt anything special. At that point he started losing viewers to other streamers who are teaching their viewers how to play. If he streams now, people will look for nostalgia, not because he is a great streamer.

Qt was my absolute favourite streamer in league. literally the first one who comes to my mind when i think about this game and how i googled his name back then expecting something else than a homeless man behind the name. it was at a time when league was good, times were better overall and qt haviing fun playiing this game.
the last couple of years i clearly saw him losing more and more interest in the game and that broke my heart. im happy hes happy but when qt stopped playing, why should i even continue?
days were better back then..streams,streamer,games .. but i guess we have to move on

qt died with the old league of legends , he was unable to adapt to the new times , all the claims and strikes werent helping his image at all , to the point that almost everyone forgot about him and he had to move to other games to keep streams afloat . i truly hope he makes a turn around and comes back to league .. we all love this homeless man

he reminds me of my favorite aneemuh character of all time, tatewaki kuno, "blue thunder" of furikin high. he'd wax poetic in all of his dialogue, similar to the MC of stein's gate, which i honestly believe was designed after that character from ranma. well idk, he's just a chunibyo...chunibyo is basically the japanese terminology for someone with delusions of grandeur...imaqtpie is a chunibyo...a lot of the times it is confused with autism, but it's not exactly the same thing, nor is it necessarily a bad trait to have.
