Thank you again for this very important info about transportations in Kyoto or Japan. I would like to know if the train or subway stations in Kyoto have elevators for handicapped in wheelchair? Any info would be appreciated. We are in the planning stage to go this Autumn. Arigato.

Thank you for the comment. Yes 1 day bus ticket was abolished, but 1 day subway&bus pass is still available and there is no plan to abolish this pass!
