I still see some of the craftsmanship in the hotel's bedrooms. This place would be cool again if they gutted it and kept the shell and did something with it. I would have taken all those clothing and donated them to the Good Will or Salvation Army we have both in Statesboro Georgia and tons of Good Will's all over in south Georgia.

2010/2011: last year of usage... Doesn't surprise, but still always good to know. I think by now I've seen enough abandoned videos to where I can now guesstimate (within a forty year time span) around the last time a particular place had been vacant. For instance, in another ten years from now you can expect this same place to have more mold on the walls and ceilings, more broken glass windows, floors and staircases rotting away and on the verge of collapse... In another 20 years from now, you can expect entire ceilings and walls in certain areas to have fallen down completely, as well as extreme overgrown of the surrounding plants/vegetation making it's way in and around the building. It won't be pretty. But this is the natural effect of time and mother nature itself on abandoned places.
