- Today we take a look at my custom LEGO boat launch MOC! Learn how to very easily build one that is similar in this review video. However... is the building technique illegal? Check it out in this review video and let me know what you think!
#LEGO #MOC #LEGOMOC
Illegal building techniques stress the pieces or damage them in some ways This doesn't, its just something that lego probably wouldn't put in a set.
Its only illegal if you get caught
True.
When you are adding minifigures you should take off some of their legs and putting them in the water making it look like they are waist deep in the water
Remember to lock your door tonight otherwise you will hear FBI open up
Super great design. I think it would look cool if you mad it look like some of the boat launch was underwater
Totally agree with you
I wouldnt say this is a illegal building technique its built similar to the roof of the simpsons House.
I have to say, the beach looks fantastic, the colours and techniques look superb. Good job man! Oh, and the ramp is mint. It's not illegal, reminds me of the Simpsons house roof style of build 👍🏻😏
Hey Bricksie love the shorts and ofcourse all of the other videos you make keep up the great content and keep grinding
When are you going to do the underwater area?
The boat ramp you have built is a decent and simple solution, no need for further complication.
Not illegal, very smart actually
Awsome man great job I like it
How did you even collect so much lego boats? You have a hellish amount of Lego boats I wish I had them
Clean building technique. I like it. 👍
LEGO Police is after you!!! Lol
That's really cool. Good job
Same technique as the roof in the medieval blacksmith so I wouldn't worry.
Building techniques can be illegal? Jesus Christ! What a nice way to make life more complicated.
3:50 i’d build the whole boat and trailer and just use an angle grinder
That is not an illegal building technique. Illegal techniques put under stress on LEGO parts. It doesn't look like you're doing that. So, my guess is no. It does look like it will fall out of turned upside down though. Overall, nice build! I like everything about it! Especially the boat ramp!
Sorry damn auto correct. Undue stress. That's what makes a building technique illegal.
Take him away, boys.
You should put some waves on the water!
More Mrs bricksie!
That looks really cool
It does not look illegal. It is a mock and not a mock by the time when LEGO use your little trick and makes it legal ! In my opinion it seems the most logical solution to a “sudden” problem elegantly solved. Well done, sorry but may I steal that idea from you ?!? Well I asked nicely, hahahaaaa 🤔😆😂🤣🤭☺️😍
i dont know if ive commented this yet, but the new beach/boat yard looks amazing
The only illegal technique is where you take the side of a tile and place it in between 2 studs and on on top of the studs
i like it
Hi Jordan - ' Bricksie ' , it is a MOC , so yes , it is fine == anything goes !! If it was an instructed build , that might be another story , but considering it is your design , you are great to have fun in the sun !! , Beach is looking good , I like the __ rock look __ Apple approved !! :) . Later , Dreamer
What does illegal building techniques mean?
Illegal building techniques are techniques that would place unnecessary stress on the LEGO bricks, hence, they are not recommended to be used when building LEGO sets
It’s not illegal unless it puts stress on the bricks like putting a plate standing up in between studs with no stud connection
thanks fore the awesome vid
That's awesome
What’s the code on that Lego truck with the boat because I want to order it and I can’t find it
Hi brickie and have you seen my lego land rover range rover r1 on race recause center headquarters
Isn't this technique a little bit similar to what you did on the avengers tower?
Yep
i was wondering what the accuracy of the "retirement date" is on brick economy if anyones got any experience wit it as im very new to the hobby
Want to pickup a set but its showing as "hard to find" on the lego site, does that mean its retiring soon?
Thanks in advance!
Not always, but when did this set come out?
@@doglover334 start of 2020 I believe, the set is old Trafford so I wouldn't have thought it was due to retire soon, but again I'm jjst starting in the hobby so I've no idea
@@matteusuk6796 I don’t think it’s about to retire yet. Some creator expert sets have the hard to find tag for years
@@doglover334 Thanks a lot appreciate the response mate!
@@matteusuk6796 no problem
I don't think it's illegal. LEGO does a similar thing with the roof of the Medieval Blacksmith. ;)
Not illegal if it works for you. The sides of the ramp are NOT identical. Talking about making half a boat, I would take the Lego people legs off and make it look like they were in the water.
How much dose it cost for someone to build me a lego ramp like moc ramp
Definitely illegal... but we wont tell 🤐
It’s illegal but cool😎🤙🤟🏼
What would make it illegal?
Is it illegal to copy this technique?
how is i eligle there just lego bricks??
What is an illégal technic ?
Since it doesn’t put any undue stress on any pieces, I don’t think it’s illegal.
The Lego cop s are waching. No I'm shaw its not u could add hindge s to the stud plate to, but nothing bad..with the boat ramp built like that. ..
In my Opinion I would put real water there
Hmmm... nah, I don’t think it is an illegal technique😁
Yes
If it makes you happy, who's to tell you it is illegal? Are the building police going to write you a ticket?
No vlog? /:
Definitely not illegal
I don't think the technique is illegal I use it
i don't think it is
That's some rotten French cheese wedges you got there, eh?
😉
