Yes, Caroline J, I figured out what was happening! I bought a case for my iPhone that I would take off when I wanted to charge my phone (I have one of those wireless chargers where you lay the phone on top of it to charge because it wouldn't charge through the phone case) and then I put it back on when it was done charging. What I didn't know is that there is a small toggle switch on the top left side of the phone that turns the ringer on and off. So whenever I took the phone case off or put it back on the phone, it would rub against that little toggle switch and turn the ringer on and off! Or, maybe when you are holding your phone, you might be pushing that toggle switch without realizing it. I've always had androids that have never had that feature, so I wasn't aware of it! Check for that little toggle switch on the side of your phone... Maybe that will help solve your problem?

I couldn't find an adroid phone that was Straighttalk compatible, or would work in the suburban area I live in, so I had to cave in and get an iphone. Thank you for the video. I'll have to watch a couple times more to help me get familiarized with the phone, before it arrives tomorrow.

I got one for x-mas, never used one before, screwed it up the first time around. Reset it, and now it's working great!!

My company bought me this very phone and this video is only about 60% accurate for how it is working.
