Lady is a social position, it's the counterpart to Lord. If a man says "I'm not a lord", he's not making a commentary on gender politics, he's saying "that's not my job".
That scene with Renly Baratheon and his boyfriend's sister, Marjorie Tyrel, always gets a big reaction from people. LOL. Your faces were PRICELESS during that scene. "Should I turn around so you can pretend I'm my brother?" (paraphrase) ROFL.
Wildlings are ANYONE who lives North of the wall. There are many tribes of people up there that were cut off from the south by the big wall, making them have to struggle more for hunting and isolating them, eventually making them enemies as they had to raid for things they can not get beyond the wall. White Walkers are the ancient monsters (supposedly not seen in thousands of years) that control the wights (dead people like the one that Jon Killed and you saw in the first episode). Craster is a Wildling. He offers the White Walkers his sons as sacrifice to let him and his women stay there in peace from the White Walkers or any wights.
Ok so far really liking her too.. the vibe at the beginning felt like she cant be trusted (might be trauma from just not being able to trust anybody lol) but she seems considerate of others 👀 I guess we will find out more about her character
For the love of all that's good turn up the volumn of the Game of Thrones show. I have to turn my volumn all the eay up to barely hear it and then you guys talk and blow my speakers out.
Buenas Tardes, Once you get your mind used to being similar to so many characters and all with such good arcs, you will begin to enjoy this Great Saga more and more. The keys are in the small details. And as with good wine, time improves and when you rewind, you will taste with great pleasure. No hay otra saga igual
Hey guys. Enjoyed (as always) seeing you and your reactions. Curious if you have mentally or literally created any lists of characters yet....(ex.) top 3 like, dislike, or moments etc. and if so have they changed much from episode to episode? Don't have to share them, just curious as to if you have. Have a great rest of your day/week. See you Wednesday.
The phrase what is dead may never die, relates to the religion of the people of the iron islands. Their god, whom they refer to as The Drowned God, grants eternal life to those Iron-born who die, especially by drowning. Grrm was in fact inspired by HP Lovecraft's Cthulhu stories re: the drowned god and the phrase.... H.P Lovecraft wrote about Cthulhu (a monstrous interdimentional creature that sleeps beneath the ocean): That is not dead which can eternal lie and with strange aeons even Death may die.
If possible to push the sound of the episode just a little bit in upcoming videos, that would be great. It's a bit hard to ear at times. (not your voices, the episode sound)

Yes, or more precisely, a class title for someone of noble birth.
Got it!

Super helpful thanks for clarifying!
Arya doesn’t like to be called a “Lady” either. It has more to do with them not behaving like a stereotypical high born woman.
Queen Margaery is my favorite Queen in the show!
I enjoyed your analysis of Theon as well!

Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the audio experience. We will definitely make the necessary audio adjustments for our our next video

Wow! Thanks for the backstory on the Drowned God
Let’s go!!
💪🏼no other way!! 🔥🔥🔥
I wouldn't consider any of the characters trans or nonbinary. It's more that characters like Arya and Brienne simply don't conform to gender norms.
100% agree with this statement, and really appreciate seeing this representation on this show!
@@SandGReactions Absolutely! Brienne and Arya are two of my favorite characters.
