  • A visit with Jim Campilongo as he first puts his hands on the "new" Model C. It is the same spec as the first run (pine body, .87"c flatsawn one piece maple neck, medium jumbo frets, Hahn hardware including cold rolled steel bridge, compensated brass saddles, stainless neck plate and ferrules. CTS pots, Orange Drop .047 cap, Electrosocket input. 100% nitrocellulose lacquer finish), with the exception of using Lollar Vintage pickups for a little extra growl. Enjoy!

The grains show beautifully through the body's finish! This is just fun to watch.

Good luck finding a nicer Tele for $1,495... Jim is the reason I bought my first Telecaster.

not sure where you're finding them at that price, here in the uk the cheapest i can see it for is 2000 pounds, nearing on custom shop fender money.

Well, i am quite confident my `Taxman` and my 50s Lacquer (w. pickup upgrade) Telecasters are at least on par, both costing around $ 1,100 each.
At least their neck pockets aren´t 1mm too wide.

Sounds amazing when Jim plays. That pickguard reminds me of how many popes you can fit in a Volkswagen? How many screws can you put in a Pickguard? 🤷‍♂️

Is that an improv at 30 seconds or a tune I should know?

So which of the two Signature T style guitars does Jim actually endorse then? Fender or Hahn?
It's a bit confusing when a player is putting his name to two of the same style of instrument from different companies.

From Jim's website: "My Custom shop Signature Top-Loader Telecaster was introduced by Fender at the winter NAMM show in January, 2010. There was a limited run of 50"

Pharmer David How much money do you get paid to sit in your basement playing your Squier?
