Was so lucky to catch her and the band at Hardly Strictly and it was such a powerful performance. I had chills, I cried, I yelled...they expel an energy I don't have the words to explain but I'm in a trance every time I watch her perform.

Saw you all open for Andrew Bird at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley, CA. Was so proud to bring my daughter to this show for her to see such strong performers. I was so blown away by the talent and musicianship.

Seriously profound music-making---this is the absolute opposite of all the stuff that all sounds alike to me in the pop world. This is connection at a transcendental level with the condition of our world and all of humanity. It is nothing short of genius.

I came to Allison's music recently, via the CBC. So glad to hear this amazing live performance. This woman surrounds herself with the exact talent that her music demands. Clearly... she knows what she's doing not just when she's writing, but the way she has her songs are laid out... note by note. I get the feeling that she's like Bruce Springsteen. She hears it all in her head and her wonderful friends make it come alive. Another ...WOW

I didn't realize this was recorded last month, but happy to have just stumbled upon/seen it now! Allison is amazing as always, and the band is fantastic. The music and many of the topics discussed in the interview at the end truly resonate with me. I'm so grateful to the musicians and KEXP for sharing!
