So what if some segments pitch corrected who cares its still her voice not someone else's .she had been singing live for years no auto tune or pitch correction and listeners not only were impressed but obsessed and I have'nt heard anyone nitpicking on miniscule details till I came across your channel. Try scanning iconic songs of famed artists that were blockbuster hits of the past and present your machine might detect dozens of traces of imperfections and adjustments made by sound engineers .
I think almost everyone auto-tune studio recordings, but what you should do is watch these singers’ live performances before implying these are fake singers
No one said she is a bad singer. On this performance her vocals are fake, that's all. Also why is she corrected here when you know she can sing? It's a Tv show so that is why? To make sure any mistakes on Tv are not shown. Then she is not good enough to perform live/Tv shows. Then with corrections we are shown that she is good enough and great. What does that tell you? If it doesn't scream fake at you I don't know what would.
If it was autotune it would be all over the place, and if it was manually pitch corrected, why do it on 15% only, remember she is able to hit a few correctly, it's no convincing. most of it is really off pitch
Why don’t you just say it that all Filipinos singers that you review uses auto tune 😂😂😂😂 Filipino vowels is different from English vowels, every vowels we say is sounds like double letters. English language use NG at the middle and end of a word (I.e. singer-singing), we use NG at the beginning, middle and end of a word (i.e. nga-really-indeed-please, ngiti,-smile, bangin-ravine, pagong-turtle etc.) NG is part of our alphabet letters. I’m not hating your review, I’m just explaining.
So does that apply when Filipinos sing in English? Some of them have very good English pronunciation. That doesn't explain it. He doesn't find those artifacts on every Filipino singer: th-cam.com/video/3f7X9Kdo-7o/w-d-xo.html
If they are pitch corrected then yes, Filipino singers are trying to make a mark in the industry with fake vocals. The real Filipino singers that don't use artificial enhancements are just normal good singers that won't make a mark in the industry. Make a mark in the industry by being real all the way, that's the best achievement an artist can have.
@@fredbloggs6080a English is our second language, Filipinos are good at mimicking what they hear on the radio. Some of us speak broken English on normal voice. But when you give us a microphone we mimic what we hear. Karaoke is our voice coach because we can’t afford one.
@@TroyArchAngel You need to take your pitch perfect test on TAWAG NG TANGHALAN it’s a singing competition, because most of the singers you reviewing came from that show.
@@rcvlogs4101 Good suggestion--also ASAP usually does not autotune or pitch correct their singers. Except they will do it, unfortunately, if a singer is doing a live performance of a studio released theme song to a movie or TV show, I guess because they want it to sound like the trademark theme. I just realized they did that with Jona in 2020 when she performed I'll Never Love This Way Again, especially in a certain part. Although it was a different performance than the studio recording, the pitch correction was either built into the backing track or they did in post production, as at that time because of the pandemic and maybe even still, only one show a month was actually broadcast live. It may even be in her contract it has to be like that when she sings it in public, who knows. But everything else I have seen by her on ASAP and TNT and Sing Galing, is not pitch corrected.
