Sharp Company's after sales service is now better than before. And also there is less requirement of customer service support as the purifier lasts for a long time.
I have been using sharp air purifier for the last 2 years and didn't have an issue with anything yet. So the need of customer support is minimum.
Just order through amazon and all will be good.

Hii i have same from 2 years how to clean sensor?? Can i clean from water
No only from cloth not from water so that it doesn't damage the machine.
How to clean hepa and carbon filter???,
Hepa and Carbon Filter are not washable. You need to replace it once their life span is over.
I am using this filter since last yr.
It is indeed better than others.
Very effective hepa 14 filter which works superb.
Ion technology also gives a mild fragrance.
Best part- i got a hepa filter free from sharp.
I researched a lot before buying. It is indeed the best.
My grandfather is an asthma patient. I can say this filter is a blessing for him. Very very effective.
Btw, i live in Anand vihar area of delhi. It is the most polluted area of delhi. AQI sometimes goes above 700 in my place. Believe me guys, this purifier is the best

Is plasmacluter create ozone? It can be harmful? Some people's says ionizer create ozone which is very harmful lungs
Hi Nilesh, No plasma cluster technology does not create Ozone. Yes Ozone is harmful but plasma cluster does not create Ozone so nothing to worry.
My purifier change its colour orange to green and green to orange continuously every 30 min it is normal or not
Changing of colours would happen depending on the air quality of your room. Close all windows of your room and then try using the air purifier and let me know the results. Also which area in India are you living in?

Hi Mohit! You should check it directly on the Indian company's website for Sharp. Here is the link - in.sharp/b2c/products/air-purifier-fp-f40e-w/ In case you do not find it you can definitely write to the customer support team, and they will answer you for sure.
I called Sharp on their customer care number and they weren't interested to sell for home users. Also their product marketing and filter availability is very weak. There's a high chance such companies will sell you their product but later on they don't have replacement parts such as filters, so should watch out for this. Otherwise it's an excellent product.
