I used Luigi to spam missiles on the alien tower, and i sent all my troops to rome, after the tower is destroyed i spammed MRB missiles to Tripoli, from there i paratrooped. You can beat 3 stars gold with this strategy.

without Luigis 4 air stars, the missile did 40, with air stars it did 65.
