    The past few weeks I really feel like I have made a lot of mental progress that it keeping me motivated and making me feel all round a lot happier! I am so relieved to finally feel like I am moving forward in recovery and getting closer to healing my mind, body and soul.

    Do you follow a structured meal plan? I dont know whether to make myself a plan because i think i need to focus on more structure with meals and snacks

      The only structure I have is that I have to follow the plan of- breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. The foods I eat within that plan is up to me and I just try to challenge myself with what I consume. It’s still really hard, but having the structure helps! Hopefully that helps xx
