I just love factory style music. The way how everything is going at a constant beat, how it feels organized. Every factory-esque song I listen to feels familiar with its pace, and that's what I appreciate about it.
My favorite part about using this song in the background for gaming is it fits literally anything. Walking somewhere? Its good ambience. Grinding for five years? Fits the monotonous vibe. Cutscene where nothing too major happens? Provides good BGM. This song is so damn versatile and I love it.
I have an idea for a basic design: large guy covered in metallic materials with heavy steel boots, making the *clank* He has retractable metal fists with cogs that turn on his shoulders. Fuck it, I’m drawing this guy.
The boss built an entire factory under the world. You ever wonder what happened to that place? After the story, did they just close it off and forget it? I would love to see a DLC where you see that there are unknown levels to the factory where more levels and bosses are to be found.
I don’t know how many will read this comment and be able to relate, but it is a story I would still like to tell. Having been in and out of the psychiatric ward throughout the last four months, some of my best memories took place in a hospital. One in particular was when I was in quiet time in the activity area (aka a few beat up rubber couches in the middle of an empty, white hallway). I remember vividly the other people I had sat down with to enjoy eachother’s company during the block of time. This song came on and I had made a connection with people I didn’t think was possible. Hearing the music, it brings back many mixed emotions and ghosts of people I won’t ever see again. Not to be an edgelord, but it’s the best way I could describe it.
