Thank you Mr. Alex Bregman for helping me get out of my slump. I was unable to hit for for a while then I watched your videos and your walk off in the World Series. Tonight in my 12u game I got a double that almost hit the fence and was making awesome contact and went 2 for 3. Thank you so much because of you I’m out of my slump and will do a lot better. - Logan

Today in between my games I had a break and I was really really mad cause I went 0-2 with 2 strike outs in the first game. I watched this video and I came up the next game with a better approach and an adjustment on my hands. I was hunting the fast fastball no matter what until 2 strikes. I started my hands pretty high above my head. My first at bat I got a breaking ball that didn’t move much right down the middle first I took it next pitch fastball I fouled it back now I’m sitting fastball and reacting to off speed same pitch as first one more movement sit back and put it off the wall dead center for a double. Next at bat I got out and I was like oh no not this again I got mad but kept my head up. Next at Bat I’m sitting fastball again first pitch. See the fastball line drive into left center gap for another double small adjustments and different approaches help a lot and so does this video.
Currently striking out tons, after batting near .500 through summer season. Trying to get out of my slump and type this here to push myself out. Need to work back and battle harder.
