- Hello 👋🏽 finally got Aphindile to come talk about his legal journey. We talk varsity, securing articles, corporate commercial, TMT law and what it takes to be a Director ✨
Hope you will enjoy! - บันเทิง
I’m not a lawyer, I’m not in law by a long shot but I do enjoy your content. Aphi is so well spoken oooh my, he sounds so intelligent 👏🏽👏🏽. Well done to you both.
Thanks Rolly 🥹
I am second year law student at Wits and I also come from a township/village background. It's comforting and reassuring to see people like Aphi in positions of power in big time firms. I relate to his varsity experience, going to an institution like Wits with no prior exposure to the legal field whatsoever, competing with people who are deemed "superior" in terms of race and class and just your academic background, going to a township school and the likes.
Hearing him talk about his not so glamorous academic transcript in his junior years is also something I deeply relate to, it's really hard trying to adapt and find your place and applying for articles is the last thing on your to-do list, especially with a limping academic transcript because of factors that greatly affect your academic experience, which are not deemed important by the school.
I have this goal of working for a big firm too (for obvious reasons lmao) and because of my not so privileged background, my skin colour and my gender (believe it or not, it's a signifacant factor), I often feel like my goal is a bit too farfetched. I have a lot to say but let me wrap this up 😂, Thank you so much for bringing people like Aphi to your channel, they are a beacon of hope and light to some of us, Love your content btw Queen, much love ❤❤❤
I love this 🥹❤️
🥺🥺
“These things comes in anyways, just work hard, commit, dedicate your time and give yourself enough grace”
Aphi is so well spoken .He articulates himself so well
Lol. Just because he speaks English with an accent ?
I am blown away by Aphi's EQ. Its so cool how fast faced his growth has been yet he shows so much empathy and understanding for how everyone has unique life circumstances that lead to different results. class act!
This was informative in many ways!! Also loved the chat about being kinder to ourselves and trusting the process as well. Amazing!! 👌

You’re right about big law firms having you specialize from the get-go, but I personally don’t mind that, I don’t want to do everything.

''Bill, bill and just keep on billing''. - That's my highlight of this video as Aphi said
Video 29/29. Atli, this is my last and final video of yours that I have successfully completed watching - to the end of course!🤣🤣🤣 and it's been an amazing experience, a phenomenal learning and educational journey it has truly been.
I remember before coming across you and your content, I really wasn't sure what else to look for on these TH-cam streets but ever since I watched your videos I am much more of an empowered person from all I have learnt from you and all your guests that you interviewed.
I thank God for you. I thank God that I now know someone like you, you have really impacted my life in ways you cannot fathom.
May God continue blessing you as you are a blessing to me and to others.
Thank you so much🙏, it's been great. I look forward to perhaps seeing the other past videos/vlogs I couldn't see prior to this moment and many others you are yet to share one day.
Much love to you from my heart to yours ❤💐✨
Hi Tshepi. Thank you for taking the time to go through the content. You have no idea how much I appreciate your support 🙏🏾❤️😊 you are awesome

Aphi and Atli I admire you both, and Aphi is so well-spoken.
You’re very kind 😇
Thank you ❤
Good day😊
I have studied Bsc Real Estate & Bsc honors Real Estate (currently).
Given my background I wanted to ask if it's possible for me to study MSc Law and major in constitutional law?
And if yes which university is the best to study in?
Thank you in advance.
You could possibly do an Mphil in constitutional law, try UCT
I thoroughly enjoyed this and I'm not even doing Law😂
Me too. It's so weird how I'm in love with the channel. I'm not into law(I'm an aspiring Data Scientist) and have no interest in it but somehow I'm always tuned in to the channel.
Love these type of comments 🥹🙏🏾
Finally he speaks🥳🥳🥳🥳
Hahaha you so silly
Even me I say finally 😅
Not only does he speak but he speaks soooo well!!
I like this dude
impressive
Hii mama;when are you dropping another video?🥺❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’m going to try do so within the next week 🥹
So wen you apply for articles in 2nd or 3rd?? Wen you get it, are you gonna qualify as an attorney by the time you graduate??
Or it’s just securing the gig for after you done with your degree?
It’s just securing the gig for when you finish studying
Wat is 0.5 and 2.5??
inspiring
❤️
👋 I'm currently in Grade 12 and I'm finding it hard to understand the difference between an Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Laws (Job opportunities mainly) some universities do claim you can study a BA Laws and have the same job opportunities as LLB Graduates. May you please reassure me if this is misinformation or is it true.
Do LLB straight. Any other is less superior
Isn't law the same everywhere. The law is the law , right? I referring to which uni you choose go to.
Not quite but I get what you’re trying to say
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hello Atlekang great content with Aphi. I am a first year, UNISA law student. I work an an Enrolled Nurse have an interest in medical law as a specialisation. Is there any law firms that deals specifically with medical law cases? Would you advise one to first obtain the Masters of his field of interest before questing for a firm to be a CA in? Keep on bringing different legal practitioners from different fields of practise thanx for the content.
Hi Yamkela. Many law firms deal with medical negligence or malpractice as a part of the dispute resolution practice. So any firm that does litigation, just ask if they do medical malpractice.
I don’t think it’s a must to do masters in medical law before doing articles. I think it’s helpful but not necessary 🙏🏾✨
Hey Yamkela! I'm part of a team of tutors that aims to help UNISA students with the assignment load, especially those who are already working full time.
Do you perhaps know a way we can reach this demographic through marketing? The facebook groups don't allow advertising.
I'd appreciate your response.
Choose Corporate Commercial guys... Strategically it means sense.
I couldn't agree more
Aphi is lowkey funny waitsi😂keeping a serious face at the same time
