I hope BYD is bringing lots of models to Ireland this year. Just a shame we have to wait until September for the seal,u to come to Ireland.

My husband would love to have the Seal U, the only drawback with both is the charging point being at the back. I have the Atto 3 and I love it.

Just wait for little bit If Byd Tang can come to Ireland or Byd Frigate 07 that would be Byd real mid range SUV i bought Frigate 07 hybrid for my dad he loved it over 1200kilometre combine with electric and petrol 2.9 l /100km,Byd seal u just a most selling SUV in China just because it's very affordable suv but compare to tang it's just not in the same game

Seal u electric version back sit has little issue i don't really know why, you will get car sick very easy so do a bit long test drive see how Is like

I would like to see a couple of winter tests of the EV first. Previous Chinese models have had problems heating the cabin and sensors and assistance systems have had problems with cold, slush and snow. Otherwise, the EV is really nice, spacious in front and back.

The Seal U is so different in its styling from the Seal sedan. I was expecting a tall version of the Seal in the same way as the Tesla Model 3 relates to the Y. Maybe they should have called it the “Walrus”.

I got the taxi grant so I jumped on it got a ev.. well I'm looking to sell it and I was offered 12 grand for 211D ... don't be an ev as they are only a waist of money they are a throwaway car just like a mobile phone.. going back to petrol ⛽️

Tried the various models at the event in london, nice cars, but way overpriced. There is just zero reasons to buy BYD over the existing brands
