This is such a lovely way of thinking - you are a witness to your partners journey and there to honor their process. Very beautifully said and powerful. It makes sense for things that are individualistic. What is your approach / the process of making decisions together , things that affect you both ? Decisions are most of the times based on what aligns the most right now. And that is based on intuition more than rational thinking. I tend to overthink and try to analyse every scenario - to come to a conclusion as to what is the right decision and what could be the wrong one. But with Aakankshas intuitive side I have come to understand that a lot of what we think is right and wrong is based on certain belief systems and not routed in truth. So that being said, I usually ask Aakanksha to tune into her intuition and see as to what aligns the most with us right now, not looking at what is being considered as right or wrong but what is best for us right now. Even if those around us might say this is wrong or if society has put a label on it saying that's not the way - if it aligns with us then it's right for us.

I thought I was the only one who thought Sadhguru's quote and video is a mystical encounter (a way guru communicated with me) nice to know I'm not alone in this.
Definitely! Some quotes or videos touch us very deeply. They are divine encounters or divine intervention so to say. I do believe he is guiding us ever step of the way but that guidance is not Sadhguru's personal opinion about what is right and wrong but rather a universal guidance of our higher self which has been activated or awakened by a little glimpse that Sadhguru has given us.
You can easily see through her eyes and smile the amount of joy and grace she brings to her life as a natural normal state of being. Really beautiful and amazing young woman! You found yourself a very special beautiful lady who appears to genuinely care for life. Very fortunate to meet someone like that. The both of you! Such great vibes from you both! @@TwistedReality108 I turn 70 in a couple of months. I’ve been blessed with a loving 35 year marriage to the most generous loving Korean woman (I’m American). She’s my very best friend. When people ask how we keep things going I can only say that we have always wanted more for our partner than we want for ourselves. Even though my wife has not shared a meditative Indian philosophy as I have since I was a teenager, she still listens and respects my practices and even went on a Save Soil march with me and our daughter here in San Diego with the local Isha satsang. We grew up in very different cultures yet respect each other deeply. I have always felt more at home in India and Asia than I have in the USA so I feel like this American journey is new. It’s all so strange. Take care of each other and continue to learn the beauty of surrendering to one another ❤️❤️❤️
