Try This Easiest DRY FRUIT Cake Bakery Style | Super easy| Soft & Moist,Dry NUTS Cake|Dry fruit cake

💥DRY FRUIT CAKE💥
INGREDIENTS :
🌱Half cup oil
🌱6 tbsp melted butter
🌱3/4 cup sugar
🌱3 eggs
🌱 half cup buttermilk(mix half cup milk with 1 tsp vinegar)
🌱1 cup flour(maida)
🌱1 n half tsp baking powder
🌱1 tsp vanilla powder or extract
🌱3 tbs almonds chopped
For Glaze & Topping:
6 tbsp jam+ 2 tbsp water) (microwave for 15 seconds(
15-20 whole almonds
10-12cashews,
2 tbsp sliced almonds
2 tbsp pistachios
1 cherry
🔹️Method:
Preheat oven at 180c
Take 8 inch pan and line with parchment paper and grease with oil.
In a bowl Mix oil ,sugar ,then add eggs and beat well, add buttermilk and mix.
Then add flour(sieve it) mix, add baking powder mix, add vanilla powder/extract, Mix, then add chopped almonds.mix everything.
Now add batter into the pan. Tap the pan twice to get rid of air bubbles.Bake at 180c for 35-40 minutes till a skewer comes out clean.
Take it out, Let it rest 10 min, spread melted jam glaze,add all the nuts, as shown, spread jam on nuts too, put the cherry and its ready.

📌Cut into slices and enjoyyyy with your Chai/coffee
📌You can add any flavour of your choice into this cake batter, add more nuts, any favourite fruits, coffee, cinnamon, lemon juice, orange juice.
