Hi Matthew, thanks for asking. The extension works only on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. What we recommend to do: 1/ refresh your LinkedIn Sales Navigator page 2/ remove other LinkedIn Sales Navigator extensions 3/ make sure you have the latest Google Chrome version Have you been able to go through?
Do you mean open to work? If so then no, this is not an information that is captured as Sales Navigator does not display it. For what it's worth, the CSV contains whether a profile has LinkedIn premium or not. Which can typically help with finding either recruiters or non recruiters. We suggest having a try to see if this helps :)

Scalelist has several safety checks in place in order to avoid the risk of being blocked: 1/ We have a set daily limitation that is on par with Linkedin's limitations. While you can choose to increase your daily limit on Scalelist, we advise to only do so if you are a regular user of LinkedIn 2/ We queue up exports in order to not overwhelm LinkedIn 3/ The extraction process is not immediate, to therefore mimic a human behaviour All these allow users to not be blocked. But ultimately, we advise to always be careful and increase limits only progressively.
