A lot of people DON’T understand how mineral exploration on government land works. 1st they apply for a LEASE on the land. Once that’s approved - and oil is found - the company has to go back and get a PERMIT to drill. EXAMPLE: You lease a building, but to make any CHANGES on that building - you have to get a PERMIT (permission to make changes or alter)! I went to Kamala's website and she has a couple of paragraphs on each policy. If you look at Bidens past website, Kamala's policies are almost word for word the same as Biden's. I'm pretty sure you have no idea what Harris's policies are as well. Because nobody else in the country does. But who knows maybe you're special.

A lot of people DON’T understand how mineral exploration on government land works. 1st they apply for a LEASE on the land.
Once that’s approved - and oil is found - the company has to go back and get a PERMIT to drill.
EXAMPLE:
You lease a building, but to make any CHANGES on that building - you have to get a PERMIT (permission to make changes or alter)!
