Why is sin inherited, but salvation isn’t? If the sin of one man systematically cursed all of mankind, then why didn’t the payment of sin by one man systematically redeem all of mankind from the curse? Why do we continue to be born into sin, unless the arbitrary sin of one human was greater than the sacrifice of a God? If Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice by dying to save men from death and hell, how is He’s alive and well in heaven, while men continue to die and go to Hell? If Jesus paid our debt, then why isn’t it paid? If we owe nothing, then what kind of convoluted sacrificial justice system would still apply terms and conditions to the debt that He paid in full?
Read Romans 5:12-20. It addresses your question in many ways. I promise, if you read it, it’ll make more sense. As for the debt and it being paid, you’re absolutely right. If Jesus died for every single persons sins equally then no one can go to hell since the price for the sins would be paid. I believe the Bible teaches that Jesus’ sacrifice perfectly atones for those for whom it was made. Jesus died for the sins of those people that He chose before the foundation of the world. The only way we are able to know who are elected is by their faith. So it is for those who believe that the sacrifice of Christ was made for. Not that Christs sacrifice is insufficient for everybody, it’s far far far more sufficient to save every single person who has and who will ever exist. But it is those who demonstrate their election by their faith, do we then know who Christ’s sacrifice is made for. So if you have a desire to believe or to come to God, the COME immediately. That is evidence of the Holy Spirit drawing you to Christ. Hope this clears things up a bit
Every person is free to do whatever it is they desire to do in their heart, and yet it will always be what God sovereignly decreed to happen. Theologically it’s called “compatibilism”, which is that man’s freedom to choose and God’s sovereignty over everything that happens, are compatible and not a contradiction. We just aren’t always told by God why He allows some things to happen to us. I hope I answered your question! Just lmk
@@IfYouWill_SRWhat free will? Did Peter have free will before denying Christ 3 times? Did Judas have free will before betraying Christ? Not even God can have free will, if He knows everything that He”ll do in advance, because that leaves no room for changing circumstances that may occur because of man’s free will. One of the reasons I can no longer believe in the God of the Bible, is the baffling apologetics of “free will; the existence of evil due to free will, or divine hiddenness vs. free will, or prophecy vs. free will, or predestination vs. free will, or generational blessings and curses vs. free will, or God’s perfect will vs. man’s free will, or God arbitrarily thwarting of free will throughout the Bible.
It’s crazy cause I just read 2 Samuel chp 24 and was confused
Hope that helped brother!
