- BrianZuk records the new "facelifted" 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder, one of the first in the USA. The video shows the exterior, interior, and wheels of the new 560. I was cruising by the dealership on my way home and peaked in and saw the '13 LP560-4 Spyder, so I decided to take a little bit of video, but unfortunately I did not have any of my gear with me (slider, tripods, fluid head, etc.) so I just recorded a short clip just done by hand...hope you still enjoy it! Better video of the 2013 Gallardo in the future, just wanted to give you a little glimpse at the updated look :)

First Gen Gallardo (04-08), especially the 08 Superleggera, was the prettiest and purest of all Gallardos and one of the most beautiful Lambo to roll out of Bologna...

@BrianZuk what do you think of it in person. I was invited to see it and declined. I am really disappointed that this is the final hurrah for the Gallardo. If they had said the Super Trefeo Stradale was, I would have been fine but this just is not getting me excited. I am just not feeling the styling on this car at all!

when i first saw the new design for the gallardo in the pictures, it didnt look that appealing to me. but it does look pretty good in real life

Honestly, my first impression is, like everyone else. I think they ruined the Gallardo but, much like everything else that is "face lifted" or "re-vamped", it will take time but, we will love it!

This "facelift" really makes it seem like they changed it simply for the sake of changing it. I'm sure they know full well that the '09 to '12 looks much cleaner. The good news is that this isn't the next generation car so hopefully, we can expect something maybe more Aventador.

you mis understood what i said.. what i said is that lambo adds parts to the gallardo to many it resemble the V12 models. The Murcielago, the Reventon and the Aventador.
Only question I have is why would they do this to a Gallardo??
the front bumper is ok but they destroyed the back that doesnt look like a supercar from the back, it looks to much like a tuner from behind.
i wonder how long they will run this body style before they realease its successor? anyone know?

I agree Docta! The facelift is just a bit too much for me :( they could've reverted back to the 1st gen gallardo body style and obtained more praise from me. IMHO.

The front is good but my God why did they have to ruin the back?!
no doubt lambo is owned by audi&vw group, the front bumper is the same as the one u find in the last gen of RS4 and RS6

Just cannot get into those new bumpers. The previous LP560-4 was perfect.
This facelift for the Gallardo is whatever, i just hope that they don't continue to go in this styling direction for its replacement.

until the moment i saw this video.. the gallardo was my favorite car.. what have they done with that beautiful ass.. facelifts on people look horrible.. why would you try it with a beautiful car..? my life will be over if they ever decide not to go with a V10 anymore..

I really think they ruined the simplicity of the previous design by trying to make it look more aggressive to be in line with the design language of the Aventador... such a shame! :(

Lamborghini needs to stop producing the same car but with a different body kit year after year and come out with a successor to the Gallardo already...
The original Gallardo was already good. Then they made the LP series which I personally liked too; but I preferred the original exhaust sound. Now all they've done is added stupid bumpers that mess the lines of the car. Seriously Lamborghini?
