I've been doing my own nails for about 17 years. Not a professional. And I am so excited to try modelones. I just spent a pretty penny on thwir site because I needed a ton of product replacement and I was able to get this as a free product! I am SO EXCITED to try the cream gel pallette. I love solid creams because I have deep side walls. It's a challenge to not flood the sides. I purchased these types of polishes and find the excellent for pedicures.

I love your videos, you are awesome! I used to get my nails done regularly and when I became disabled, that stopped. Now, I have bought a nail drill, lamp, etc. I did my mom's nails, bless her heart, she said I can practice on her as well as myself. I do plan on getting a practice hand. Solid gels are great , usually one coat 👍🏻 these will probably take over from gel polishes as you do not need to buy an expensive polish bundles or lots of individual colours ❗️all colours in one or two lovely palettes . Just like eyeshadow 💖

I bought these and I too found them streaky on the first coat. I tried using a better brush and that really helped. Also, the glitter in the coffee collection is wonderful! It goes on so smooth and the finish is like glass.
I saw someone else put a little builder gel on the brush with the pudding gel. I'm going to try that bc mine went on a little streaky too.

I literally just bought 3 of these Color Cubes from Amazon. My question is should I be putting the cover paper back on the polish to keep it from drying out, or just close the compact so light doesn't get in?

So pretty! I’ve had a couple of these in my Amazon cart since they came out, I’m glad you did this video bcuz reviews are making them seem not so great. I have several of their potted solid cream gel paints, I think these should be the same formula as those but idk
I have the potted ones too and I think these look the same also. I think maybe a lot of people sometimes just don't know how to work with these so the reviews aren't always the best.

The palettes look small so u don't get a lot of each colour. I'm worried I could only use each colour for 3-4 full sets at best

I got this cube, and I love the little brush that came with it; I love these colours for nail art. I’m not sure if Amazon is out of stock, or is this cube discontinued? The only drawback is that these each have very little product of each colour. Otherwise I can enthusiastically recommend!

I have the pastel colors and what I found was that my technique was not very good. It was streaky at times or should I say patchy and I couldn’t fill it in. Is there any suggestions you might have for this problem?

You took the polish off of your pristine hand instead of the hand that needed to be redone? It would have been faster.
