Yess I’ve just started doing this using a calendar to jot down all the videos I want to do and when I want to post. It has helped me so much planning ahead that now I just have two videos already filmed, already edited and uploaded scheduled to drop this Tuesday and Thursday . Now I have more time to create more content and just be better prepared. Planning ahead is KEY!!

omg Asana is amazing!! It's like my mind... on screen. I can't believe I never knew about this I've been keeping multiple notebooks and loose sheets everywhere for content planning for multiple brands and it was terribly disorganized. thankyou for sharing, just signed up!
Thanks for the tips! I started to be consistent and noticed a HUGE change on subs, watch time, and interaction. I've been using my BASIC NOTES app on my phone for the brainstorming part. This has helped me stay on track.

Someone recommended writing it on a sticky note if you write on a paper calendar, that way you can still move things around! You may find that helpful :) xo E

Love this! I use a very similar system but built mine in Notion -- the reason why I prefer Notion is because it lets you do markdown which I'm pretty accustomed to typing in; this makes it easy to do formatting like headers, icons, etc.

Yesss girl- Consistency is key!! I just started my youtube channel and I use ASANA as well to plan. It has been really useful in getting my thoughts out of my head and creating a workflow! I really hope that it works and I am able to STAY consistent.
Great resource. Other Asana-like options to consider: Wrike or Trello. Great advice as always!

Thank you I’m trying to get more consistent with my content and it’s difficult when you have so many ideas and have no focus. I think the most important part is organizing the filming process for TH-cam, knowing exactly what day of the week you film and giving yourself some days to edit every week so your videos drop on time. Being intentional is so important thank you Erin I just used your board as a template to plan out my content for May and June🤝🤝love it keep up the great content lord knows we need it😂

This has been so helpful I’m able to organize everything in my life and actually see and keep track of my life!! So excited!!!
So informative! I still prefer writing down my content calendar to be honest, it's therapeutic for me and it helps me hold myself more accountable. Plus I write my content uploads in pencil/ sticky notes so if need be I can switch them around.

Wow, we’re you at my kitchen table today? 🤯I was just telling my husband I’m thinking about switching from Trello to Asana.
I use a similar process as you to plan my TH-cam and podcast content (and content for my clients) but with Trello instead. I love that the description box in Asana is more customizable because then I can put the script directly in there instead of writing it in google docs and then copying and pasting the link. It just looks a bit more professional and aesthetically pleasing.

This video was so helpful! I currently use Asana for another project, but I think using it for TH-cam would be great. I didn't know it had those capabilities and that simple of an interface, so thank for sharing that content! One thing I would love to see is how you incorporate thumbnails into your planning! I am soo traditional! I write everything down, pen and paper style and use a whiteboard Calendar so it’s easier to switch things around. I’ll usually jot ideas on the Notes app on my phone but then break them down in my notebook!
