Arturia MicroFreak Synth Tip: Converting an Arp to a Sequence Enabling Modulation Track Automation

  • In this video I offer an overview of one of my favorite MicroFreak features, the ability to convert an arpeggiator to a sequence. The benefit of this is you can then add four lanes of Modulation Track automation to the sequence. I used this technique to use the MicroFreak to create a variety of sequence variations as Deluge food for the multimedia video "Please Remain Calm" • "Please Remain Calm" #... .

    That's brilliant feature....Thanks Mark for sharing. I love how you re-labeled your synth btw...it's a little hard to read for me too :)
    is there a way to lengthen the sequence from 16 to 64 and copy the recorded section to the next 3 bars and make note or gate length adjustments to it and record automation for the whole length?
