    This is one of the best vids Ive seen in a while Rick and Jack cooking albeit a Vietnam take on Squid Salad - Ive live in Asia for 20 yrs cooked for 40 heck time goes bye! We cook a Thai version nearly the same with a splash or two more ingredients and way bigger squid - this is right up my street - the whole video - the menu and you two guys cooking together! I likey.
