@TheLeverMonkey Timing, convenience. I do water line install and repair, septic, sewer. Renting shoring would cost me 6-8 hours due to location. So, for me owning it, can save me a day per job minimum. The other side of that savings is Excavation time. Prior to having shoring the only option was to bench everything back. This adds machine time fuel, etc both on the front end and backfill. Here's the last most important thing. When I own it there is zero excuses for not using it.
