My guess is getting a taste of something in the middle of the story is something that he's personally fine with, he just hasn't realized that's a little weird for most other people, lol.
I remember running into Seth Green at the original Golden Apple location with my best friend right after Austin Powers 1 came out. We were no more than 12 years old and he was the nicest guy. Couldn't be more happy to talk to us and sign our comics. Thanks Seth!
Yes! Thank you, Collider! Comic book shopping is my favourite event ever since I watched the first ones. And always interesting choices. Spider-man: Life Story, these I gotta buy!
@@ericisking13 I love younger, less experienced heroes that have more to work for cuz the reader can grow with the character and see them embrace their hero image
These are consistently great - They move at a great pace and have a wonderful energy about them - You can feel the enthusiasm for comics and the discovering process here. Excellent job Coy, the cameraman, the editor, and co.!
Spidercomics 7 I remember picking it up when it first launched and I was really excited to get into a marvel equivalent of Teen Titans but it was really more of a collection of short stories that dealt to heavy a hand of this is right and that’s wrong which sadly made me drop it
It's so great to have a guest that genuinely knows his shit. Instead of the usual head nods and "yeah that sounds interesting". Seth Green is awesome although when I look at him, all I see is Oz. I would love it if they also paid some more love for the non-superhero comics as well. So many great titles, so little time.
Decent choices (except for West Coast Avengers and Champions), but since Seth Green wrote for Top Cow, why not also steer him towards some indies as well? We have both Freshmen TPBs (found them at Half-Price Books) and they're funny and enjoyable. The Puppeteer is our favorite character. It would make a great TV series, like a "Doom Patrol on campus" vibe.
Salute to the triple OG Nerd Seth Motherfucking Green. Remember him on Buffy and in those 90s Teen Comedy, from that to TMNT 2012 Leo, Howard the Mofo Duck, Mr Mofo Robot Chicken, put some respeck on his name.
I once met Seth at a comic con. I was walking into an elevator and him and his friends got in too. He says 'What floor sir?' And I was all like Seth Green just spoke to me, and called me sir. LOL Such a cool guy. Always love watching his work.
Another great show. You always show some interesting comics. I have WAY too many on my subscription list as it is or I would partake in more. BTW, I always get print at my local shop.
OMG it's Spencer Gilbert! Oh wait. Lol. Seriously this was fantastic. I love Seth Green. Although I'd still like to see some love from anyone for The Goon or 100 Bullets. I don't understand why we haven't gotten at least a Netflix show out of either one of those series.
So let get this straight: an episode with Seth Green, and not a single mention of the TMNT and their fantastic current IDW incarnation?? Damn, What a missed opportunity! The man voiced Leonardo for comic's sake! Great show though, as always
Interesting. Its like Complex Sneaker shopping show without the interview, but a lot of Marvel and DC. Would love to see more, and more independent comics get spotlighted.
I cannot understand why Seth Green is H-O-T-T HOT back in the day he stop growing at the IT mini series...And Coy should be HAPPY right now their is a guest that is shorter than him.
I never seen this show and it’s cool but wait does he just give guest comics and makes them pay for it? Lmao 193? He was just like “ here, here, here, take this ok 193 bro and that’s the show “ Lmaoo someone explain
Anthony Emrick dude lmao right? Look at Seth green face when the guys says ok that’ll be 193 dollars. Like he doesn’t even let him pick he just goes “here take this shit it’s fucking cool”
Seth Green is 45! He looks about 33! And that’s with an aging beard. Are Coy and him related?🤣 I wonder if he or any of the other guests on this show actually read the comics they’re given? As for the bill, do these celebrity guests pay for it out of their own pocket, of does Collider put up the bill instead? Anyway, a great little show! Always has been. One of Schnepp’s legacy projects that hasn’t been spoilt by Collider yet, unlike Heroes.
Schnepp would be so damn proud. This season of CBS has been 10/10.
I love this show I love coy jaundrau I love comic books this show is for me
I love this show and it's a really touching tribute to have a Jon shout out at the end of the episodes
Why does he rarely reccomend graphic novels? I LOVE supporting the single issues, but half the time he suggests random issues in between runs.
As a regular comic book reader, nothing makes me cringe harder than Coy recommending an issue in the middle of a story.
My guess is getting a taste of something in the middle of the story is something that he's personally fine with, he just hasn't realized that's a little weird for most other people, lol.
So it's just complex sneaker shopping but with comics, i love it
Man, Seth Green and Kevin Smith together on a comics project would be rad.
I still can't believe that the studio wanted seth green to play Jay in Mallrats.
Yay! Coy brought his shorter twin!
I hope he continues to voice Howard the Duck. Especially in the hulu series
I remember running into Seth Green at the original Golden Apple location with my best friend right after Austin Powers 1 came out. We were no more than 12 years old and he was the nicest guy. Couldn't be more happy to talk to us and sign our comics. Thanks Seth!

His reaction to Champions was golden!
Tim Vega yeah I’m sure there’s plenty of Trump bashing.
Knew he would buy it. Good book.
@@ericisking13 I love younger, less experienced heroes that have more to work for cuz the reader can grow with the character and see them embrace their hero image
Ok, Coy and Seth seriously could be brothers. Should be even!
This is some of the best content on the tube rn. Great guests, editing and production is great and Coy is killing it as a host. 10/10

The production value on this show is awesome. Great stuff guys!
I gave comics a shot because of Coy, I didn't know what books are out there. And I'm loving it so far
Vojislav Medic this makes me so happy.
@@CoyJandreau went through a lot of classic Alan Moore, Batman stories, Frank Miller, etc. But 100 Bullets *chef's kiss*
I love when they have guests that actually care
Fantastic ep guys!!! Loved it! Coy and Collider bts gang, great job!!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Such a dope episode!! I never knew about the Old Man-verse. I have old man Logan but none of the others!! Thank you Coy and Seth
Thank you for this show, appreciate all of the work that goes into it!
This is one of my favorite shows on TH-cam, great job Coy. Seth is my number one man child, after Kevin Smith... so I guess that makes him my number 2
7:40 my reaction to the champions too lol
Spidercomics 7 I remember picking it up when it first launched and I was really excited to get into a marvel equivalent of Teen Titans but it was really more of a collection of short stories that dealt to heavy a hand of this is right and that’s wrong which sadly made me drop it
Yeah i completely understand that. It's truly sad that they are trying to politicize everything now days.
Finally a guest that doesn't tower over Coy! (love you 3000 Coy)
It's so great to have a guest that genuinely knows his shit. Instead of the usual head nods and "yeah that sounds interesting". Seth Green is awesome although when I look at him, all I see is Oz. Great episode. Seth is the best!
Seth gets respect for being Joker in Mass Effect
lettuceboys420 That’s all I hear when he talks
I love when I see people pick up West Coast Avengers

Jiminy christmas, Coys holding this shop up with just these trips xD
Seth Green is awesome 🙂
I hope Seth Green reads these and joins ComicsGate
I love this show. Damn golden apple comics. I need to get there!
Love all the Spidey!!
Cool to see Cover discussed. So happy to see Bendis and Mack working together again.
I cant help but imagine Chris in Seth Greens place.
Maaaaaannnn. Coy cool as hell.
So happy you’ve mentioned “Spider-Man: Life Story.” Loooove that book so far!!
I think this is the first time I take a look at a comic book store, I think you just walked into paradise
Ikr
I miss seeing Seth in everything back in the early 2000s
Just here to say new run of Daredevil is gooooood!
Am so excited to start reading Chip's Daredevil. Heard it's almoat as good as Brubaker and Bendis' run and even better than Waid and Soule's runs
Now that Isaac Kappy is dead Seth Green can try to make his comeback..lol
You know someone's a Spidey fan when they reference the most meaningful textbox in Torment. "Rise above it all!" 1:50
I love comic books.
Coy is great, man. Keep it up. Long live Schnepp.
Great guest this episode.

Love the goon I just bought the first omnibus today
Blaze Sawyer Awesome! Where from? I'm trying to reacquire the whole collection.
Khrashing Phantom they just started reprinting all the omnibuses I ordered the first one through my local comic book store and it came in today
If you have a local comic book store I’m sure they could still order you one if you asked
Blaze Sawyer I'll check them out to see if they're back open. I completely forgot they can order stuff.
I first fell in love with your face when 10 things I hate about you movie came out.
Please bring this show back on collider.
Thanks for posting. Keep up the good work.
I was just at my local comic shop a couple of hours ago looking for new releases 😂😂
Grew up with Seth
Some great ginger on ginger action
Host Guy: This book is very political and super politically charged
Seth: *Dies inside
Golden Apple, Melrose Ave, I'm so homesick
the fact that seth green met his future wife clare grant at green apple comics years ago is just beautiful!
I loved Seth in Entourage.
Seth green. You’re a legend man!
He will always be Oz to me.
Coy and Dennis have done an awesome job on the show 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥this season has been sooo good 😎😎😎🔥🔥🔥👍👍👍
sucha handsome soulless tiny ginger man I always liked him.
Finally Coy looks bigger then his guest

Big shout out to Flight Lieutenant Jeff "Joker" Monroe

Where can I get that shirt Coy is wearing?
Where can I get Coy's shirt tho
best show on collider.
i love all the chip zdarsky love in this video. his daredevil and spider-man are wonderful
Seth is a cool dude.
Interesting. Its like Complex Sneaker shopping show without the interview, but a lot of Marvel and DC. Would love to see more, and more independent comics get spotlighted.
This is like the complex sneaker shopping except with comics
Spiderman and Batman are his favorite characters, but I saw an Arashikage tattoo that leads me to believe otherwise.
I'm waiting for the moment when actors start grabbing for the more indie comics. There are other options outside of Marvel and DC.
So true. Indies are way more good for new, older readers than the traditional superhero stuff.
Yeah but those indie comics don’t pay for advertising like this
That's a mighty good haul.
I cannot understand why Seth Green is H-O-T-T HOT back in the day he stop growing at the IT mini series...And Coy should be HAPPY right now their is a guest that is shorter than him.
Can we PLEASE put Seth Green in a superhero movie, or even better let him write/direct one.
Sdzarsky is killing it

Thank you for spoiling that Flash reveal on Spiderman: Every Decade
Who is that and why is it not for sale at 1:43 ?
Yeah boy!!!!! The inner Flavor Flav just got triggered. Great guest, Seth Green is legendary dude
I love comic book!!
Complex : Sneaker Shopping?
hard to believe Seth is almost 50
Where's Matt Peake when you need him. :)
Where did Coy get that shirt!!!!
Spiderman life story is fuckin awesome
You really need to get Kevin Smith in on this show, he would be an amazing guest.
Or gerard way
Where did you get that shirt. I need to know. Thx
7:40 The face of fans when a "politically charged" superhero book comes out hahaha
Roberto Audiffred my thoughts exactly
Coy with Howard The Duck
