Gawens, thanks a lot for sharing your drone shots as well as some ground level videos - the most detailed and comprehensive shots I've seen so far this new year.
🙏😎 🛸📺 🎼🎶🎼🎶 🛣 👍👌 I was just wondering how and where exactly the pedestrian lane at the Off-Ramp lands/terminates. It is somehow sandwich between the Off-Ramp and the U-Turn slot. Maybe they'll put-up a very short overhead footbridge so that the landing/exit is next to that tarp covered mound where "South Road Properties" stands above?
By the way, the area from F. Vestil road, then around South Coast City all the way up to the CCLEX Off-Ramp is very depressing and unhygienic - it doesn't look like a tropical shoreline at all and it's beyond dirty, it's in fact worst than that. The people living right there, their local community and Cebu City LGU failed miserably to keep it at a hygienic level. I wonder where all the waste, including human wastes go as there can't be "pozo negro" installed off-shore or even on-shore because it gets inundated with sea water at high tides.
The General Appropriation Act for year 2022 was release this month that shows there is feasibility study for CCLEX - SRP Back Road Extension Connector Bridge worth 7.9 million and SRP - Connector Road worth 10 million. Also, Mambaling South Boulevard phase II and phase IIi worth 100 million is included in the GAA 2022.
