What made it worst is the mud that went as high as 4-5 feet in their poblacion area. Yea its true, people are missing...probably buried alive in the mud. Sad...so sad. 😭

Do you mean the U-turn slot near the SRP torre? Most probably because of the on-going construction of the off ramp and its connection to CSCR beside South Coast City. 🙂
