To anyone actually trying to get continuity : unless you can run Sargas Ruk assassinate 8 times every 5-ish minutes (or even faster if you have a good nuke frame), you're better off running defense on earth since it has 8x the drop chance there on rotation C

You can also get it from some grineer enemies and tier 1 defense missions
