My oldest picked up the anatomy books at the library when he was 7 and loved them. He is really into animals.

The new addition of Amazon definitely transformed Christmas presents this year---takes about 3 weeks to arrive, and only certain categories will ship here (I was not able to order my favorite deodorant lol) but that's a HUGE difference over not being able to use it at all.

Book hauls are so fun!!!
I'll keep an eye out for one of those next time I'm at a tractor show. :) My family loves the yellow-and-green even though I'd say it's actually the old Ford tractor that actually does all the work on the family farmland. (I come from small-time farmers that moved into factory work and then engineering over the generations...but the farmland and the tractors and antique machinery are still in the family and mostly still function even if it's more for 'fun' than function these days). It's a heritage I love to share with my boys!
The radical books sounds awesome!!! My Teenager would also love these as well as my little kids!!! We love the hobbit!!! It’s awesome!!! My boys are more manly boys!!! I grew up with boyish books as that’s what l loved!!! We love school nest books and my older kids use them for their research projects!!! That sounds like 3rd grade MWC!!! I’m Buying resources for my babies already but only as I see them at the moment!!! We loved gentle and classical agriculture!!! I didn’t get the farm anatomy book as we don’t like those books!!! We used a lot of books not listed!!! My friend has a farm and another friend has a farmstead so we visited both of them to see the difference!!!
I am using the Radical Book for Kids with my 6th and 7th graders as part of Sonlight F this year. We’ve really enjoyed it.

We are also reading Rickshaw Girl by the same author as Tiger Bot. It’s also set in Bangladesh.

My parents' job moved them to SE Asia many years ago...and my husband was offered a job in the same town as my parents about a decade ago--we've been here ever since. :)
