Insidious "I See The Light" in a Minor Key 💡

- For these minor key Disney videos, I decided to take some of my favorite major key Disney songs and change them to horrifying, dark minor keys instead.
The end result is... somewhat disturbing.
I tried to use my piano skills to create the best arrangements I possibly could, but I'll warn you- it's still jarring to hear a major key song put into a minor key.
Also, I welcome any lyric re-writes to match the darker tone ;)
So sit back, relax, and enjoy this rendition of "I See the Light" in a minor key!

I see the light but it’s fading
Here is my version of the lyrics. This is the first I've tried with a song😅. I really loved the way this sounded, it kinda reminded me of the Brothers Grimm story

When I heard this, I kinda thought of a story where Rapunzel was never saved, and because she was alone for so long, she took her life by jumping out of the tower. I thought that maybe Rapunzel and her love met before she was trapped in a tower and her love spent many years searching for her. And when her love finally did arrive to rescue her. He couldn't go on without Rapunzel, so he took his life as well, alongside Rapunzel. Sorry this was long😅..And I apologize if the story doesn't make much sense. If you read through all of this though thank you😊and whoever is reading, I hope you have a wonderful day.

Sounds like Rapunzel and her love read Romeo and Juliet the night before.
I thought the new lyrics, they sound so dark and depressing, but in a good way if u know wht I mean. I also love ur story, your very talented 😊

*cracks knuckles* Story time~
She never expected Mother Gothel to find her, let alone how angry the woman she called Mother would get. Finding Eugene's body on the shore, bled out and cold, a knife dripping blood in her mother's hand was enough to send her into shock.
She didn't even think to question her mother's claims of self defense until they started walking away, Gothel muttering under her breath that they would need to move.
Torn between the love of her mother, and the love for the man that had given her freedom, she spun around and yelled at Gothel, asking her how could she have killed him.
Gothel, in her surprise and anger, let slip the one thing she never meant to- "If it had been in my power I'd have killed your parents that night I saved you, too, Flower!!"
Rapunzel, realizing what this meant, turned and ran- but she knew, no matter where she went those around her would be at risk of Gothel hurting or killing them.
So, she never stayed in one place long, always on the move...

This one doesn't sound actually too bad, I actually think that song in minor key sounds good, not gonna lie.

Why does most people think that songs in minor key sound sad or scary? I love minor key and major key songs. This song in minor key doesn't sound scary to me. I actually love it.
I felt bored so I felt like rewriting the song :D
