So to clarify, they ALL debuted at the same time with Boombayah as a group song, BUT what she meant by "Jennie had a solo debut first" means that she was the first one to release a solo song. This was after a few more group songs tho, not before the group debut.
I think having a Leader is better than having a Main Visual because a leader is basically just to be the one who hears out the members' complaints and pass it down to the management, and to hear instructions from the management to pass down to the other members.
