Beating the summer heat alone in the countryside

This summer seems to be unusually hot.
Summer in the city is hard to bear,
but it's even harder in the countryside.
It’s rather more hot because there are lots of rice fields and no shade trees.
How have you been doing during this hot summer?
I made a cold broth with brisket,
and I made cold dumpling soup, pyeon-su.
I also added squash blossom dumplings to it, and it was really pretty and delicious.
