I have a lot of friends from Kerala and needless to say, they are such great people once you start knowing them. Food, Football and living life king size and with humility define the people from God’s own country.
Series like these from Mark helped me to explore kerala cuisine as well. Actually before these episodes came out, I already visited a spot in Los Angeles that was very intriguing: th-cam.com/video/22rh6nYyqOs/w-d-xo.html
@y r U don't know anything about my state , you must know more and study further dude. Beef is just cuisine and depends upon person whether they like to eat or not. Since 3 days my Breakfast is Kappa boiled with fish and prawns fry, jackfruit i use as staple food during the season. Rice we eat also different from most, we eat Red rice most times.
@y r Your food habits are different so you can follow your way of living and those who don't follow let them do whatever they want. Yes yesterday my friends after pooja came out of home and we went to drink alcohol and we made Country chicken too and celebratEd festival too.
Kerala food is very very different.... Kerala beef , pork , chicken curry , Kerala fish fry and fish curry... Very very tasty...... Kerala malabary dum biriyani was so tasty

Love u bro, for being representing india, people like u r most welcomed to our state kerala (if u r not a keralite). I had seen a lot of comments of conflict between kerelites and other states dividing by religion, beef... but as long as we have a mindset to be united as indians.. we can leave with great peace and happiness.
I wish people in Goa could plant it. Maybe the soul doesn't suit cassava. You are welcome to Kerala anytime. Come to Malappuram I can give you tonnes 9f Cassava. Thank you for the comment. Have a sweet time. 🎸🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿
The respect you have for different cultures, races and the amount of respect and love you show for the elders really warms my heart Mark.Lots of love from Singapore
Brazilian food is awesome. I especially love charusco, which I had at an organic brazilian bbq in Downtown LA last year. Does it look authentic? th-cam.com/video/b4hjis98vzY/w-d-xo.html
Yes casava or tapioca as it is commonly known in India was actually introduced to Kerala by Portuguese from Brazil during colonial times. I know Casava is a native plant from Brazil. In malayalam language of Kerala we call it Kappa. Kappa is now a traditional national food of Kerala. The best combination with Kappa is hot Kerala fish curry. I love sardine curry with Kappa. The other different combination with Kappa are all the different types of fish curries, fried fish, dry salted fish, chilli chutnies, different types of beef like beef curry, beef fry, beef roast and beef ribs Kappa biriyani. It is damn yummy man. Now actually we do have various seasons for planting Kappa. Kappa planted in between March and April is actually so delicious. The difficulty during the cultivation of Kappa is how to protect it from wild boars. These animals are a real pain in the A@#$.
In this episode I am truly happy with the way how Mark was received in Kerala. This is the VIP treatment I was expecting for him to get from day 1 in Kerala. Kerala loves you Mark.
Most of Indians don't eat even non veg and you are saying about beef.. By eating beef one can become literate What a logic you have. Every one has there own beliefs and religious sentiments.
@@sonalinaik5748 where have I said that eating beef makes one literate? All I was trying to say is that Kerala (a state known to be extremely beautiful with a high literacy rate) happens to be an exception to ‘Indians don’t eat beef’ misconception. Please try to understand what one is saying
@Prajod Illath 🙌plus point is that Majority of Hindus in kerala eat beef!! So what's wrong in that?? If you dont like...dont eat...right?? Nobodys forcing anyone to eat!! Lovely Kerala Grandma. I lost both my grandmas
Kerela best state in india.....period. Honest people good food and lots of greenery
Absolutely. Best in almost everything. The good food no doubt contributes to the health of the people and their highest life expectancy in all of India
Yeah. Kerala food is great. I tried it recently at a restaurant in Los Angeles, and it was eye opening.
best state in all india. people are also very secular and peaceful too. recently they beat RSS thugs (indian version of KKK) out of their state
lordjaashin Most literate, progressive, gender balanced, etc.... all goes hand-in-hand with how welcoming and open-minded the people.
Second largest number of RSS shakhas in India and 18% voted for the bjp in the last election. The only secular state in India is TN, it’s neighbour
My crush on Ebbin grows with every video.

Mark, the way you respect every culture talks volume about you as a human being. You are truly a legend.
The presence of the grandmother is so beautiful and heartwarming. We must love and cherish our older family as much as we can.

Love from kerala bro😍
Kerala even is entirely different than South Indian states it's unique we just love beef everyday
@y r Cause i am from kerala so i know our food and culture is different.
Im hungry, been making curry for the past two weeks straight since watching the india videos
How inspiring. Keep it up. And save some of that curry for me!
Kerala food is very very different.... Kerala beef , pork , chicken curry , Kerala fish fry and fish curry... Very very tasty...... Kerala malabary dum biriyani was so tasty

As brazilian is a honor to see that our most important ingredient (cassava/mandioca) is serving as such important role in other countries.

Thank You Brazil and Portuguese for this beautiful plant Tapioca and it's yummy root❤
Have loved the kelala people and the delicious meals. Much love from Uganda and we got plenty of cassava but didn't know this style of cooking it.
In this episode I am truly happy with the way how Mark was received in Kerala. This is the VIP treatment I was expecting for him to get from day 1 in Kerala. Kerala loves you Mark.

Next time someone says, “Oh Indians don’t eat beef”, please educate them about the most beautiful and literate state in India
